• “Plan” refers to either a “Houseplan” or a “Commercial Plan.”
• “Houseplan” means a set of architectural drawings and specifications for a residential structure.
• “Commercial Plan” means a set of architectural drawings and specifications for a non-residential structure.
• “Content” includes all text, data, information, graphics, images, plans, or other materials uploaded, posted, or otherwise submitted to the Website by you.

3. User Accounts

• You may need to create an account to purchase plans or access certain features of the Website.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.
• You are also responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

• By purchasing a Plan, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Plan for a single construction project. 
  • For Houseplans: Clearly specify the license is for residential use only.
  • For Commercial Plans: Clearly specify the license is for non-residential use only.
• You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or sell the Plan without our express written permission.
• You are responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and approvals for construction based on the Plan.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the plans, and they may require modifications to comply with local building codes and regulations.
• Houseplans: Disclaimer – Houseplans are for informational purposes only and should be reviewed and stamped by a licensed architect or engineer before construction.
• Commercial Plans: Disclaimer – Commercial Plans may require additional review by a structural engineer depending on the complexity of the project. Consulting a licensed professional is highly recommended.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

• THE WEBSITE AND PLANS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
