The TGB-042 is a thoughtfully designed home with a traditional exterior, created specifically for special restriction cases such as historic districts. This design maintains the appearance of a one-story home while efficiently utilizing attic space to provide additional living area.
Conditioned Living Area: 1,851 Sq. Ft.
Total Area Under Roof: 2,339 Sq. Ft. (Includes Garage, Porches, and Patios)
Traditional Elevation: Designed to blend seamlessly with surrounding one-story homes in restricted or historic areas.
1.5-Story Design: Preserves a one-story street view while incorporating usable attic space.
Main-Level Living: Three bedrooms located on the first floor, including the primary suite.
Upper-Level Suite: Fourth bedroom and full bathroom located upstairs, along with a flexible loft space.
Efficient Layout: Ideal solution for maximizing space without altering neighborhood scale.
Roof Design Requirement: The 1.5-story appearance is achieved by maintaining the same or a steeper roof pitch, making this plan better suited for traditional—not contemporary—exteriors.
